I just finished the Body for Life 12 week Challenge with awesome results! I lost a total of 22 pounds of solid fat, 7.2% Body Fat, 7.5" off my waist, 5" off my hips and 2.5" off my thighs!

Before:
166 pounds
29.7% Body Fat
36" Waist
46" Hips
22.5" Thighs

After:
144 Pounds
22.5% Body Fat
28.5" Waist
41" Hips
20" Thighs



I still have some work to do, but these are my results after the first 12 weeks - amazing!

Jenni, You look awesome! Congratulations on all your hard work! I know what you mean about being complacent. I finally joined a gym (I bought someone's pass off them for less than 1/2 price-it includes day care), and I can tell when I don't go. I get more snarky with my family and it's just harder to deal with life. You've inspired me!

Congratulations on taking the initiative to feel better and be more healthy. It takes a lot of self control & self motivation to do something like this, but it is very worth it to treat yourself & family better. I'm so happy for you!
