So, for the last couple of days it has been snowing ALL DAY! and we woke up yesterday morning to 3 inches of snow in St George!
I turned on the radio and I hear "Cedar City got 2 1/2 feet of snow, there will be no school bus service to New Harmony & Kanaraville as the freeway has been closed; however school is still in session for Iron County... Washington County, on the other hand, has declared today a snow day for our 3 inches!"
The whole city shut down for this! (just about)
So we got to make our first ever snowman in St George... Kinda. We rolled the balls too big so we couldn't actually lift one on top of the other - it didn't help that with every rotation we picked up more of our landscaping rocks making it even heavier , so we just ended up with 3 big snowballs. But we had alot of fun!
Shae LOVED the snow! her little hands were so red and frozen, but she sure didn't want to go inside for anything!
